PAYMENT
PARTY INVITATION
You can print your party invitations and send them out to your guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation we will refund 75% of the deposit amount if the cancellation is made in writing more than 4 weeks from the event date. No deposit will be refunded with less than 4 weeks to the event date.
PARTY DAY
On the day of your game party, we aim to arrive at your location approximately 15-30 minutes early to setup. Alternatively we recommend you arrive 30mins early if coming to our partner site.
PARKING
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange parking. For the majority of birthday parties we park on the street in front of the home. Our vehicle requires 10m in length (2 SUV car parking spaces).
PARTY STARTS
We prepare the Gaming Van and when we’re ready to go, our Game Coach welcomes your guests at the door, gives them a few instructions, the door opens and the video game party begins! If this is a combo gaming and football party, the time is split between gaming and outdoor activities.
GAME COACH
Your Game Coach goes from screen to screen ensuring everyone is setup and playing. There is always adult supervision inside the vehicle. For the outdoor session they are responsible for setting up the games and supervising the activities.
PARTY IS OVER
When the party is over, we simply shut down, pack up and drive off!
